Diese Frage versuche ich in der vorliegenden Arbeit zu beantworten. Dabei gehe ich beim Aufbau genau so vor, wie es die Frage vorgibt. Eingangs wird im Kapitel 2, da es sich um Konversion und Apostasie handelt, die Frage gestellt, was man eigentlich unter Religion versteht, danach werden im Kapitel 3 die Begriffe Konversion und Apostasie definiert. Es folgt im Kapitel 4 eine Abhandlung ???ber die Menschenrechte und die Religionsfreiheit allgemein und in der Europ???ischen Menschenrechtskonvention im Speziellen. Schlie???lich wenden wir uns im Kapitel 5 der Frage zu, ob die Religionsfreiheit und das Recht, den Glauben zu wechseln, uneingeschr???nkt gelten.
