The harsher the environment, the greater the need to survive, also the greater the intellect as a result of having to develop adequate survival techniques. Societal influences also play a tremendous part in our mental development throughout one9s lifetime. It is not hard to understand why one culture cannot readily be absorbed into another. Social, cultural, intellectual, genotypic, and racial developmental differences in humans have spanned millions of years. (Genetically alone for good reason).
