This is my second copy as a gift to a friend. I have tried over 50% of the recipes which rarely happens with any cook book and have several stalwart favourites. The simple ones are some of the best and the tomato and chickpea is perfect as when there is nothing else in the cupboard I can put this fantastic dish on the table.
