You arrive at the office and are flabbergasted when the lawyer informs you that you are the recipient of millions of dollars bequeathed to you from an acquaintance who died a few months earlier. This man named Jesse had been one of your best friends and fly fishing companions. You do not believe what the lawyer is telling you because you know that Jesse didn't have that kind of money. You were his closest friend and spent many days with him fly fishing for trout. The lawyer presents you with a folder that contains a letter from Jesse that documents his life story and explains where his money came from. A few weeks later you find a folder that say's Larry's Sasquatch Story and a note from Jesse telling you that what you are about to read is not possible and frankly unbelievable but it is true. Jesse tells him this tale was related to him by his friend Larry before he passed away from lung cancer. At the time Larry told Jesse this story he didn't have long to live and like he said he had no reason to lie and he had never told the story to anyone else except Jesse. Larry worked for the State of Idaho as a wildlife biologist for over thirty five years and lived in Orofino, Idaho. Orofino is located on the Nez Perce Indian Reservation and over time Larry became good friends with many Nez Perce tribal members and he was involved in a lot of the negotiations between the Tribe and the State of Idaho. The Tribe trusted him and he helped forge a lot of agreements between the tribe and the State. He was one of very few non-Indians who ever learned to speak the Nez Perce language. He chalked up a lot of points with the Tribe by doing that. Larry had spent years interviewing tribal elders and collecting and documents tribal legends. Many of these legends referred to Sasquatch.
