I bought this book used and it arrived in beautiful condition. However, I was disappointed to find that the author used the Pro Mix Color formulas in his descriptions of the work that he did. Although he does explain the mixtures in the book, it is confusing to use the terms Pro Mix Dark 1 or Neutral 4 in the steps he followed. I would have preferred using the names of the colors themselves such as Cadmium Red or Yellow Ochre. It comes across as an advertisement for a product, not a book for students.
