The book does a pretty good job of identifying a medical problem and then listing common remedies and gives evidence either for or against each of the potential remedies. Some are rated good some fair and some with not enough testing to prove one way or another. potential harmful Side effects for the remedies are also given.
The book further looks at different natural plants and herbs and supplements as well as w holistic ideas such as meditation for treating ailments. All in all the book is well worth reading and using for all of your problems. I enjoyed the read and the way the subject matter was treated.-
