Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2011 im Fachbereich Theologie - Biblische Theologie, Note: 13, Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universit???t Frankfurt am Main, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: F???r eine eigene zu bearbeitende exegetische Arbeit im Rahmen des Seminars "Methoden der Auslegung in Exegese und Bibeldidaktik" wurde der Bibeltext aus Matth???us 5, 38-48 gew???hlt, der ein Teil der Bergpredigt Jesu ist und zwei der f???r sie charakteristischen Antithesen umfasst. In einer Abhandlung ???ber das Verh???ltnis von Gesetz und Propheten l???sst Jesus deutlich werden, dass er nicht gekommen sei um das Gesetz aufzuheben, sondern um es zu erf???llen. In den darauf folgenden Antithesen wird dies gezeigt: Einem von Jesus zitierten Gebot aus dem Alten Testament stellt er stets ein "Ich aber sage euch [...]" gegen???ber. Die Intention des Verfassers Matth???us k???nnte gewesen sein, Jesus als Lehrer darzustellen, der ???ber gro???e Weisheit verf???gt, die ???ber die menschliche Erkenntnis hinausgeht. Au???erdem kann eines seiner Anliegen gewesen sein, die Botschaft, die ihn selbst zur Bu???e und in die Nachfolge getrieben hatte, weiterzusagen und einen authentischen Bericht ???ber das Leben und Wirken Jesu zu verfassen. Sch???lern k???nnte sich einen Sinn einerseits erschlie???en, indem sie das geforderte Verhalten Jesu als richtig und nachahmenswert erkennen, andererseits k???nnte es aber auch als unerf???llbare Forderung erkannt werden. Sch???ler k???nnten Jesus ebenso als Gesetzesgeber und Lehrer, wie auch als Gerechten, f???r den das Liebesgebot im Vordergrund steht, deuten. Auf den Leser kann der Text sehr herausfordernd wirken. Er kann f???r ihn pers???nlich die Darbietung eines moralisch richtigen Verhaltens im Umgang mit den Mitmenschen sein. Auch k???nnen die Erz???hlungen ermutigend wirken, da Jesus eine v???llig neue M???glichkeit er???ffnet mit Konflikten, Hass und Streit umzugehen, auf den anderen wiederum wirkt sie verst???rend und unbegreiflich, ja geradezu utopisch.
