Logan's Run
A good story. The movie that was made from this book (late '60s or early '70s, not sure)
was a bit different with some aspects of the story, IE: in the book the whole world population is encompassed within the story, in the movie the story takes place with a population that lives in a society underground. I did enjoy both the movie and the book and having seen the movie and now reading the book gives a different perspective on the story overall. I feel that the book, while very good though a bit dated, from our perspective in 2008, gave a greater depth and allowed the development of the charactors which, for me, made seeing the movie again more enjoyable.
