Dar???ber hinaus sichern drei bis vier Pferde etwa einen Arbeitsplatz, womit im Inland mehr als 300.000 Menschen ihren Lebensunterhalt direkt oder indirekt mit dem Pferd verdienen. Ein derartiges Marktpotential gibt Anlass zu der ???berlegung einer Investition oder Existenzgr???ndung in der Pferdebranche. Doch hierzu wird immer wieder behauptet, dass mit Pferden zwar "ein kleines Verm???gen erwirtschaftet werden k???nne, aber nur, wenn vorher ein gro???es investiert wurde." In der folgenden Arbeit wird ein Zuchtstall betrachtet, der die Fohlen aufzieht, bereitet und drei bis vierj???hrig als Reitpferde verkauft. Dabei soll vor allem deutlich werden ob es finanziell vorteilhaft ist, die Pferde so lange zu behalten oder ob eine Ver???u???erung im Fohlenalter empfehlenswerter ist. Zun???chst werden hierf???r die anf???nglichen Investitionskosten f???r ben???tigte Geb???ude und bauliche Anlagen aufgezeigt und s???mtliche anfallende Kosten analysiert. Neben einer allgemeinen Marktanalyse des Teilmarkts wird eine spezifische Einnahmenuntersuchung durchgef???hrt. Im Anschluss daran erfolgt eine Gewinn- bzw. Verlustberechnung.
