Interpretation is just as important as framing
This work does a fantastic job at not only demonstrating the effect that these two gentleman had upon the interpretation of the U.S. Constitution, but it also shows how sometimes the interpretation of a document can be just as, if not more, important than the actual drafting. Konefsky does a better than expected job at shifting through the bias of history to portray the times and circumstances as best as one could.
