The original publisher was Teeple & Smith, Publishers; printing by Caldwell Printing Works, Birmingham, Ala. There is an ISBN listed indicating that the book was printed some time in the late 1960s or later. The reprint publishing company is Southern Historical Press of Easley, SC; it started out as Georgia Genealogical Reprints and later was renamed.
