GREAT!
Pretty good book overall, although some fairly outdated information but what do you want this a book from the late 80's. But on the-flip-side, there are very useful nutrition and training tactics in this book that is still very practical. When you consider reading a paticualr title especially in regards to nutrition or fitness related you will often get a LOT of recycled ideas and/or protocol to follow in which can be found unfortunately in many books today. This however wasn't the case here and so for me it was a good purchase.
