VIII Fig. 17 - 24) abweichen. Allerdings kommen auch bei hyper plastischer Leuk???mie gewisse atypische Ah weichungen vom Hsbitus der normden grossen und kleinen Lymphozyten vor z. B. Breitrandige endothsloide grosse Formen, auch mit gebuchtetem Kern, oft zweikerni g, deren Kern meist die Struh tur der ???blichen normalen grossen mononukl??????ren Splenozyten hat (p ap pen heim, Atlas Taf. IX. Fig. 2 - 17, tsi.viii Fig. 2, 4, und auch die kleinen Lymphozyten zeigen diese senmelartig geteilten Kerne (ibidem Fig. 60) aber diese Atypien gehen niemals so weit wie bei den typischen Lenkosarkomatossn und vielfach handelt es sich bei solchen Atypica, speziell bei myeloider Leuklmis, bloss um sonst nicht im Blut zu beobachtende mehr oder weniger weit entwickelte unfertige Uebergaugs und Zwischenformen (vorstufen) der im ???brigen absolut normalen und typischen Zellentwicklung (z.
