I had this cook book for years and it was terrific. A Sheraton Chef taught me the basics of cooking, after my divorce, and suggested this book. My book was stolen and I only wish I could get the reciepe "Mandarin Chicken with roasted almonds." From the same cook book. I rated this book five stars only if you love cooking and know the basics. The spaghetti meat sauce reciepe also turned out great. Highly recommended.
