An editorial project starting in 2014 provided the opportunity to address in the context of a symposion the impact of his work and to ensure its achievements. German description: Otto Haendler (1890-1981) hat seit Beginn der 1940er Jahre einen wachsenden Einfluss auf die Praktische Theologie und die Grundfragen kirchlicher Praxis gewonnen. Seine interdisziplinar argumentierenden, unter anderem im direkten Dialog mit C. G.
