This book, surprisingly, comes highly recommended as a comprehensive reference on comparative linguistics but contains practically no information--no grammar, phonetics, morphology, nor taxonomy. It only includes pop. figures, some of which are wrong, and a bit of cultural history, names of numbers from 1-10, the script, and little examples of vocab for some--very disappointing, indeed.
