Furthermore, seven rotors' performance has been compared and identified between their results to validate the best model. Power coefficient (Cp) obtained as a function of the turbine speed in order to determine the best sectional airfoil that can be used in the Darrius turbine. It is hoped that in the future this type of turbine are economically viable and competitive opposite to other types of energy transformation, because of its easy maintenance and installation.
