Excelent cookbook
I have my Mother's copy of this cookbook, I was trying to see how old it might be. The one I have is the yellow with black dots, seems to be 1948 edition. I made Old-Fashioned Sugar Coolies from this cookbook when I was 10 years old, my brothers would eat the dough before I could get it rolled out. So many great memories attached to this book. The recipes that my parents used the most have spots on the pages.

old and reliable
I have had copies of this cookbook for years.
As all my copies are in storage currently, I wanted a copy to use NOW. One of the best cookbooks ever written.

EXCELLENT REMINDER of PAST
What a great way to reminisce about your childhood. This is a book my Miother had when we were younger and brings back many fond memories. I plan on getting copies and giving them to my sons and their families.
