Some solid formulas for basic breads, especially sour doughs. Fun non-traditional items, too, like sour dough pancakes, and lots of flat breads.
I like other baker's methods for some breads, but this is a good-read and a solid addition to any serious bread-baker's cookbook shelf.

A cookbook for readers!
This is such a well written book...and then it's a cookbook to boot! Yummy, delicious, easy to follow recipes....I could go on and on. I just love the way Mr. Rienhart describes his passion for breadmaking.

wonderful resource
This book is a great resource for the serious bread baker or someone who wants to improve their bread making abilities. I highly recommend starting with the easier recipes and working to more complicated ones. It's a great resource for leaning more about bread. I recommend the bagels, they come out great!
