This a book for you. I have several other chili cookbooks, but this one is unique. It has some very exotic recipes, as well as some old favorites. One from every state in the Union. I tried the Mississippi Highway 61 chili and was skeptical of the barbecue sauce as an ingredient, but it made the dish because it was well-balanced against the other ingredients. I'm looking forward to trying more.
