Written in the early 70s, this book is still a treasure for anybody who wants to be known for his or her skill on the grill. Although it features the Weber covered grill, the recipes work well on any grill. There are a good many salad, vegetable, and other recipes as well to complement the main attraction. If I could have only one book about barbecuing, this would be it.
