Uncredited. Fair. No Jacket. 5 X 7.5 Tall. Orange cloth covered hardboards with title and author's name on the spine. The boards are warped, but still holding. Edge wear on the top and bottom of spine. Advertising pages at the start have tears. Pages are browning, but binding is holding. Some discolouration on the edges and a few pages. Illustrations throughout to augment the text plus seven B&W plates. Frontis shows the author fishing in Norway. Ads selling fishing gear at the front of the book John Bickerdyhke was the president of the Fly Fishing Club (Britain? ) and ex-angling editor of "The Field". This third edition is revised and enlarged with additional illustrations. This book has seen better days, but it is still great to hold and read the original publication that is over 100 years old. 148 pp with index.
