Les r???sultats de la premi???re exp???rience ont permis d'???tudier les caract???ristiques chimiques de la pulpe de mangue et du gel d'aloe vera. Lors de la deuxi???me exp???rience, les m???langes de pulpe de mangue et de gel d'aloe vera ont ???t??? standardis???s pour la pr???paration de RTS, de courges et de sirops de qualit??? app???tente. Les 10 % du m???lange compos??? de 75 % de pulpe de mangue et de 25 % de gel d'aloe vera se sont av???r???s les meilleurs pour la pr???paration de RTS avec 13 % de sucre, 0,25 % d'acidit??? et 70 ppm de SO2; 25 % du m???lange compos??? de 75 % de pulpe de mangue et de 25 % de gel d'aloe vera se sont av???r???s les meilleurs pour la pr???paration de chaque courge avec 50 % de sucre, 1,25 % d'acidit??? et 350 ppm de SO2 et du sirop avec 65 % de sucre et 1,25 % d'acidit???. En outre, le RTS a pu ???tre conserv??? pendant quatre mois avec une qualit??? acceptable, tandis que la courge et le sirop ont ???t??? jug???s acceptables jusqu'??? cinq mois.
