Este libro colectivo afirma lo contrario. Las numerosas cuestiones que plantea el acceso al agua, as??? como el uso sostenible del recurso, se basan en negociaciones abiertas, en la resoluci???n de conflictos, en la estructura de las tarifas, al tiempo que se ampl???a el suministro y en la gesti???n justa de la escasez de agua.
