HPB-Movies DVDs are generally the best price and in top condition. However, on my most recent order, one DVD in a 5-DVD set was defective - manufacturer's fault, not merchant's. HPB cheerily and quickly refunded my money. Trustworthy seller - recommended.

Every disc in the set is defective. One skips, disc 2 &3 will not play all the episodes I want a total refund including shipping costs. Cupon to spend in the store and I have to pay return postage? poor customer service. I am calling PAY PAL

Again:Was told to expect item about 8/17/23. As of today it has not been received. #72323127. Ordered 5 DVD's & only recieved The Concert for George which was shipped by itself.
