Scam. Bought a very good condition book but what I got could be easily found in a dumpster. After complaining they essentially said: "yeah, we don't care. Here are 10% off now get lost".

When HPB actually delivers the item ordered, they are generally very good at providing accurate conditions for the books. Packaging and shipping are within norms. Now, if they would just deliver the other book I ordered.
