Zero customer service. Would never order from again and due to this transaction I'm cancelling my Alibris account as well.

Item listed as "shipped on 5th December". On 13th December when I queried where it was I was told it was "shipping soon". I do not expect it to ever arrive. Things are hard enough as it is; just tell your customers the truth.
