Item sent was different from that ordered and then I had to pay to return the item. Unreliable and Very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Took my money (£138.00). Did not send the order. Sat on it for weeks.Did not reply to my email. If it wasn't for Alibris' excellent customer service, enquiry, and a refund it would have been a very expensive mistake.

Only half my order was delivered (one book of a two-book volume). Initial replies to me e-mails promised resolution, then silence fell, and all my subsequent e-mails were ignored. Mediocre service, and I cannot recommend this seller.
