I have a serious brain injury. My struggles are real - I overcame and continue to overcome. Sierra Crislip is the survivor of a rare brain tumor, Hypothalamic Hamartoma. Despite it, she's gone on to graduate from high school early and obtained employment with the help of a job coach. "Even though you can't see my disability," Sierra says, "I want to put the word out there and help others going through the same thing."
