More than a guide
When i purchesed this book i understood it took a practical approch to anxiety and phobia - as the title states but the opening chapters are very informative to understand and reconise anxiety etc. The main theme is towards a realistic picture of self, who you are and what you want, need to change. Then a structured approch to daily living, taking steps to over come in your own constructed way. I do believe that one can re-read and should as to progress to become your own beautfil, meaningful, mature human being. In the last week I put it to the test having two presentations, and i did them, a lot better than I though I could thanks to a clearer head and quiet heart. Like Golf I now look forward to the next chance I have to step out and share my qualities with others, with evey game the swing gets better..
