He adrriitted, Mohamr'ned, instead of either Mahomet, ' Maho'med, or'mahomm�d, is the genuine form of the name, and the mods m which it should be uniformly written and pronounced. The fact, that the example of meat Oriental scholars of the present day has given Currency to this form, and the probability that it will finally supplant all others, has induced.
