Seller's Description:
Near Fine in Near Fine Dustjacket. Delightful wordless tale of a sister's and a brother's experience in, of, and with...a rainy day! Just a hint of shelf rubbing to top and bottom of spine. Hardly noticeably unless really hunting for it. Peter Spier is "one of the most gifted illustrators in this country...he has illustrated over a hundred books and has contributed a series of murals to the H.F. Du Pont Winterthur Museum in Delaware." He is a winner of a Caldecott Award for his "Noah's Ark" in 1978, and numerous other accolades for his beautifully illustrated and captivating tales.
