Yosef Govrin
Yosef Govrin is an Ambassador and historian. He joined Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in 1953, serving in Sydney, Moscow and Buenos Aires. He was Deputy Director of the Ministry's Latin American Department and then Director of the Ministry's East European Department, after which he was appointed Ambassador to Romania, Deputy Director-General of the Ministry, and Ambassador to Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia and the UNO in Vienna.
