Yori Yanover
Israel-born Yori Yanover is the author of Dancing and Crying, a non-fiction, behind-the-scenes look at the Lubavitch hasidic movement, published in Hebrew in 1994. Having worked as an entertainer for the Israeli army, a taxi driver, the editor of the first commercial Jewish web site, and the first Jewish news blogger, Yori Yanover now publishes The Grand Street News, a monthly print magazine serving his Lower East Side neighborhood. The Cabalist's Daughter is his first novel.
