Dr. Yifei Yuan, Technical Director at the Standards Department of ZTE Inc., has been responsible for the overall technical direction of LTE-Advanced standards research since 2008. Before this he worked on key technologies of 3G and 4G wireless communications at Bell Labs for eight years.
