Yehia Ghanem is an Egyptian journalist, writer and commentator now based in Washington, DC. For almost 20 years, he worked as a war correspondent covering conflicts in Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Yemen, Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sierra Leone and Angola.
