William David

William David is a member of Kappa Delta Pi, the International Honor Society in Education. He earned graduate degrees at both Florida State University and Rollins College, Tallahassee and Winter Park, Florida, respectively, completing his undergraduate studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
