Willard Bascom

Willard Newell Bascom (1916-2000) was an engineer, adventurer, and scientist, as well as a writer, photographer, painter, miner, cinematographer, and archeologist, who first proposed using Neoprene for wetsuits to fellow scientist Hugh Bradner.
