Wiljan Van Den Akker

Wiljan van den Akker, born 1954, graduated from Utrecht University with a dissertation on Martinus Nijhoff. He is a distinguished professor of Modern Dutch Literature and the Dean of Humanities at Utrecht University. He has also taught in Berlin, Paris and Berkeley.
