As a child Vikki Jackson travelled with her Grandmother's touring show 'Vic Loving's Flash Parade'. Appearing on stage from the age of three Vikki would grow up learning her craft in stage design, makeup and costume design from these 'master entertainers'. As a child Vikki Jackson travelled with her Grandmother's touring show 'Vic Loving's Flash Parade'. Appearing on stage from the age of three Vikki would grow up learning her craft in stage design, makeup and costume design from these 'master entertainers'. She is the curator of the 'Genesius Theatrical Museum' which is dedicated to the legendary members of her showbiz family. There have been many visitors from all over the world to the cottage she has renovated to house her collection. She has exhibited her theatrical memorabilia at various venues in Ireland and has made several TV appearances in connection with her 'showbiz' background..... Dr. Micheal O'hAodha works at the University of Limerick where he lectures on two BA and MA (Memory and Belonging: Oral History Methodology and Rationale) and Traveller/Roma and Migration History) courses in the Department of History. He has published more than thirty books on many aspects of Irish migration and on the history of the Irish Diaspora - including Irish Travellers: Representations and Realities (2006).
