Vidusha Nathavitharana is a distinguished HR Consultant and Leadership Trainer based in Sri Lanka. With over two decades of experience, Vidusha has conducted training and consulting assignments in person across 15 countries and online with participants from over 30 countries. He previously headed the HR and HRD functions for the local arm of a Fortune 500 company, becoming the youngest Head of HR for the group to date. His innovative HR practices have earned several national accolades, including the National Safety Awards and the National Energy Saving Award.Vidusha holds a Bachelor's in Business from the University of Lincoln (UK), an MA in Leading Innovation and Change from the University of York, St. John (UK), an MBA from the University of Wales Trinity St. David, and an MA in HR from the University of Northampton. He is currently pursuing a PhD, researching the role of power in the emergence of Collective Leadership.Residing in Kandy, Vidusha enjoys a life away from the hustle, spending quality time with his family. He is an adventurer at heart, having climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro with his teenage son and paddled most rivers across the island.
