Victor Raizer, PhD, DSc, physicist and researcher, has over 40 years of experience in the field of electromagnetic wave propagation, radiophysics, microwave radiometer/ radar and optical techniques, and remote sensing of the Earth's environment. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1974 with an MS degree in engineering physics.
