Tumi is a poet, author, performer born Reitumetse Richard Segopolo/Seape from Thabanchu in the Free State. He self-published his first collection of poetry titled Apartheid ek gaan jou boks in 2007, and in 2012 he received assistance from the Free State Department of Sports, Arts, Culture, and Recreation to republish his power-packed Apartheid ek gaan jou boks volume 2.In 2015, he released his much-anticipated collection of poetry titled Respect our gifts, and on this offering the author focused on his life experiences, the difficulties of trying to make it in the entertainment industry, and also reflected on his past relationships that never worked out and bears all on his pains of having to readjust and move on from someone that he thought was the one.In 2014, he took a break and took a chance at online dating and Matebogo read his profile, and the rest is history and so are the days of their lives. In 2018, after finding the love of his life, he was inspired by his own story so much that while travelling, he decided to write a novelette, or a love story, if you wanna call it.Matebogo is a young, introverted lady who originates from the Vaal triangle, south of Johannesburg.A lover of great books, most notably crime, drama, and fiction. Her love for literature began with a gift for Christmas she received from her mentor when she was still a teenager, and a world far beyond her imagination and reality opened up. With each book she read, her aspiration of one day becoming a writer herself grew with the coming alive of characters she read about and the lasting impact they had on her heart even long after the stories were over. With the help of her fiancé, her desire to poetize and express what was in her heart transpired. In addition to her love of literature, Matebogo is also an aspiring chartered accountant. She has just started her first year of training for SAICA Articles and looks forward to the day when she can proudly call herself a CA(SA). See less
