He's helped organizational leaders, service providers, and policymakers understand the connection between workplace resources and employee wellbeing, and his insights have been featured in The USA Today, Retirement Weekly, Pensions & Investments, The Journal of Pension Planning & Compliance, PLANSPONSOR Magazine, and Defined Contribution Insights Magazine. As the former Executive Director for the Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA), Tony was a voice for employers who provided employees at all levels with workplace benefit plans and education. Prior to his role at PSCA, he was a consultant, educator, instructor, entrepreneur, employer, and reserve military officer. He was conferred as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) through the International Foundation for Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, earned an M.A. degree from The Ohio State University and a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse, and held various securities and insurance licenses throughout his career.
