Tony shared this honor with Peter Drucker, Michael Porter, and Clayton Christensen. Tony has also written for publications including the New York Times , the Washington Post , Forbes , and Fast Company . Tony's groundbreaking books include The Power of Full Engagement: Managing Energy, Not Time , which spent 28 weeks on the New York Times Bestseller List, and The Way We're Working Isn't Working: The Four Forgotten Needs That Energize Great Performance , which was also a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller.
