Tommy Miller is a United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia. He is also an adjunct professor of law at the College of William and Mary, teaching both criminal and civil courses. Prior to becoming a judge, he was the Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division for the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Virginia.
