Tom Sauer
Tom Sauer teaches international politics at the University of Antwerp and is the author of "Nuclear Arms Control and Nuclear Inertia: U.S. Nuclear Weapons Policy After the Cold War." He has studied at Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies and has been a research fellow at Harvard University. He is also a member of Pugwash, a lobbying group seeking to reduce armed conflict and resolve global security threats.
