Since then he has served on the staff of the Center for Parish Spirituality, a national pastoral resource center for parishes based in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Over the years his writings have appeared in Commonweal, America, Image, First Things, Communio, The Tablet, Katholiek Nieuwsblad, The American Fly Fisher, The Pike Place Market News, and other journals.
