TimEtta Pipkins Wilson was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Her parents Tim and Victoria were resourceful, innovative parents. They also encouraged her to use her art and writing skills. She has shared her love for children as a principal and teacher for over 30 years in a K-8 system in both parochial and public-school systems.
