Thomas Nash is the CEO of Xalles Limited, a business management and technology consulting firm that specializes in the Financial Supply Chain. The firm works on an international scale, with staff in 13 countries and clients on all continents. Nash has been the business architect and project director for many FSC systems and new business models. He is one of the inventors listed on a current patent pending design and methodology for an intergovernmental transaction management solution. Nash is an international public speaker on matters of the financial supply chain. He has been a speaker the U.S. Bank Financial Supply Chain Conference 4 consecutive years (2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003) as well as at the U.S. Naval Transportation Symposium (2000, 2001) and the U.S. Department of Defense Joint Electronic Commerce Program Office (JEPO) Conference (2001). He was also a speaker at the D/C Expo in Chicago in 2007 with the topic, Successful Supply Chain Systems Implementation. He is a strategic advisor to companies in the FSC space, including U.S. Bank and MasterCard International, as well as the Governments of many developing FSCM nations.
